If you are interested, we will be happy to offer perpetual licences for our software solutions. These licences are valid without time limit. The associated maintenance contract must be concluded separately and is mandatory for the first year after purchasing the licences. After that, the maintenance contract can be renewed annually. Converting the subscription model into a perpetual licence is also possible after the minimum contract term of 12 months has expired.

The standard contract term is 12 months. On request, we will be happy to prepare an individual offer for different contract terms of 2 to 5 years.

Up to 20,000 devices can be monitored per system. From the second system onwards, our multisite concept applies, in which several systems are directly linked together. This makes guardstack scalable as required.

You can cancel our subscription packages with 3 months’ notice to the end of the contract term.

Thanks to automatic device detection and ready-made templates, guardstack can go live within one day. Administrators are also trained during installation. Beyond that, no more than 1 to 3 days of training are usually needed.

guardstack is regularly maintained and adapted to new market requirements. In the subscription model, our customers have access to the latest software versions and our customer support. Comprehensive documentation of all functions is also available.
