Modern production sites have grown heterogeneously: machines from different manufacturers, OT and IT systems, sensors, building technology and increasingly mobile assets share the same factory site. guardstack brings these worlds together on one central platform, across vendors, in real time and without isolated solutions.

A secure foundation: the 5G campus

A private 5G campus network connects machines, automated guided vehicles, mobile devices and sensors with high bandwidth and low latency, independent of public mobile networks and entirely under your own control. guardstack monitors this network as an integral part of the production infrastructure: from network utilisation and the connection of individual participants to the accessibility of critical devices. So the 5G campus network does not become a black box but the transparently monitored backbone of connected manufacturing.

End-to-end monitoring in operation

guardstack combines status data from production equipment, infrastructure and sensors in one unified dashboard. Instead of isolated individual systems, you get a consolidated picture of the entire site: availability, disruptions and anomalies become visible early, and those responsible can react before deviations turn into downtime. The platform integrates existing systems via open interfaces, so investments in existing technology are preserved.

Decentralised and fail-safe: autonomous 5G networks working together

Not every production site can be mapped to a single network. With guardstack, each production hall can run its own independent 5G campus network, fully autonomous and tailored to local requirements.

The decisive advantage shows in the event of a fault: if the connection between the halls fails, each network continues to work on its own. Machines, transport systems and sensors remain fully functional within their hall, with no dependence on a central instance. As soon as the connection is restored, the individual networks automatically join together again and exchange data across sites.

The result is an infrastructure that works together in normal operation and does not stand still in an emergency: decentralised, robust and always able to act.
