guardstack GmbH was founded in 2022 as a spin-off from blackned GmbH to offer a proven software platform under its own brand to civilian companies and institutions. The company is young, but its foundations are not: it builds on more than 25 years of product and market experience, and our modules have long been in productive use. Infrastructure Assurance is based on XONITOR, a platform with more than 25 years of practical experience.

Today, companies of all sizes use guardstack to monitor their IT, OT and IoT landscapes centrally and to operate private mobile networks themselves. This keeps them independent of public network operators, and their data does not leave the company.

guardstack helps companies keep their increasingly complex system landscapes under control. We offer an established and trusted software portfolio for building and managing business-critical communication networks.

5G for plant, warehouse and site

guardstack Private Wireless is a complete communication and information middleware including a 4G/5G core. The decentralised architecture adapts, whether the network grows across a factory site, moves to a new hall or has to serve mobile equipment. Automated guided vehicles, connected machines, sensors across wide areas: wherever Wi-Fi reaches its limits.

One view of heterogeneous landscapes

guardstack Infrastructure Assurance and Application Assurance work together and monitor IT, OT and IoT environments from a wide range of manufacturers in one system. Instead of five tools for five areas, you see networks, equipment and applications on one interface, and you detect disruptions before your users report them.

What sets guardstack apart

Most companies run one monitoring tool for the network, one for equipment and one for business software. With guardstack, all three come together on one interface. You see not only that an application is slow, but also why.

For us, 5G is a module, not a project. You start by monitoring your existing landscape and add a private campus network exactly where Wi-Fi demonstrably reaches its limits. If Wi-Fi is enough, we will tell you so.

A synthetic user runs through your core processes just as a real user would, around the clock and without any intervention. You see problems the moment they arise, not when a ticket comes in.

Whichever module you choose, commissioning takes either hours or one to five days. That is a design decision. Software that takes six months to introduce is rarely used as intended, and rarely by the people it was intended for.

In the mobile communications industry since 1998: as Managing Director, Joerg Ambrozy is responsible for the direction of guardstack GmbH. He brings many years of international leadership experience at a global technology group. His focus is on reliable communication solutions for applications that must not fail.
